Transfer Students

With a variety of on campus and online degrees to choose from, SUNY Canton is a great option for potential transfer students. We also offer a spring start date for many of our majors and the flexibility of studying 100% online.

With over 400 transfer students choosing to enroll at SUNY Canton each year, our Admission Office welcomes your questions and encourages a visit to campus or a phone call to speak with one of our counselors.

Transfer students who have less than 24 college credits completed at the time of application will be required to submit their high school transcript. However, we encourage all transfer students to submit their high school transcript for financial aid requirements. Lack of a high school transcript on record with SUNY Canton may result in the loss of a financial aid opportunity.
