Small logo(Binghamton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's ice hockey team posted their fourth straight win on Saturday as they skated past Broome Community College 7-0 in a Region III game in Binghamton. The Roos are now 2-1 in the region and 4-2 overall.

Mark Stewart (Gansevoort, N.Y.) tallied three goals and set up another one to lead SUNY Canton.

Kevin O'Connell (Cadyville, N.Y.), Dylan Gronowski (Buffalo, N.Y.), Pat Otwell (Orchard Park, N.Y.), and Rick Simone (Marcy, N.Y.) also scored. Otwell added two assists.

Brandon Mahler (Malone, N.Y.) had 14 saves in the first and second period and part of the third before giving way to Brian Gruenauer (Depew, N.Y.) who finished with four saves.

Matt Woodcock and Kevin Goody combined to make 26 saves for the Hornets.
