Understanding and appreciating the experiences, values, and challenges of people from different backgrounds requires exposure to diverse perspectives. This is particularly crucial for understanding marginalized identities tied to race, ethnicity, and gender identity. Greater understanding and awareness allows for collaboration and mutual understanding in social and professional settings. This microcredential provides an opportunity for participants to enhance awareness of diverse perspectives and intercultural frameworks, across disciplines. Participants will develop skillsets for acting and communicating with intention to foster inclusive environments where people feel valued, respected, and included.
