What You'll Learn
Learn to lead in the Healthcare Leadership microcredential where you will examine current challenges in health care that impact health care access, cost, quality and patient experiences. First, you will learn the fundamentals of the financial management of health care organizations. Then, you will examine socioeconomic factors, which contribute to health disparities, healthcare access, and lack of sufficient diversity in health care while evaluating the current challenges in health care that impact access, cost, quality and patient experience. Finally, you will focus on communicating strategically and persuasively in a professional environment. This microcredential is intended for health care working professionals who want to gain additional skills required for leadership positions.
