Administrative Services

The mission of the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services is to:

• ensure the fiscal integrity of the campus
• ensure the physical integrity of the buildings and grounds
• provide leadership and coordination of the various administrative offices, maintenance and auxiliary services
• and to provide the highest quality services to SUNY Canton’s students, faculty and staff in the most responsible, responsive and cost effective manner possible

Budget Office

The Budget Office is responsible for developing and updating the College's State Operations, Income Fund Reimbursable, and Dormitory Income Fund Reimbursable budgets.

College Association

The College Association, Inc. is incorporated as a not-for-profit educational corporation whose purpose is to operate, manage and promote services to the entire campus community in conjunction with the goals of SUNY Canton.

Environmental Health & Safety

SUNY Canton is committed to conserving a safe living, learning and working environment that is free from recognized environmental and safety hazards.

Facilities Management

Facilities Management consists of Capital Improvement, Energy & Sustainability, Environmental Health and Safety,and Physical Plant.

Human Resources

The Human Resources department is responsible for providing various support services to the college in order to attract, develop and retain the personnel needed to effectively accomplish the objectives and goals of the college.

Information Services

Information Services supplies the highest quality, reliable, secure information technology and services possible to the SUNY Canton user community, within the resources available to the division.

Maintenance & Operations

Maintenance & Operations consists of Central Receiving, Mailroom, Building Trades, Grounds, HVAC, and Building Services Departments.

Procurement & Travel Services

The Office of Procurement & Travel Services is dedicated to providing professional, courteous, and high quality service to the SUNY Canton community while following New York State mandated directives.

One-Hop Shop

The One-Hop Shop is the central location for all students to process their enrollment related needs. It consists of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, and Meal Plan/Student ID staff.

Telecom

The Office of Telecommunications provides and maintains a comprehensive voice communications system, data communication pathways, and other communication services to meet the needs of SUNY Canton.

University Police

The University Police department is dedicated to maintaining and promoting a safe and secure atmosphere that is conducive to the educational mission of the University.
