Mail Services / Packages

Student mail services is conveniently located outside of the Campus Store on the 1^st floor of Miller Campus Center.

Mailbox / Keys

• Mailroom keys will be distributed to all residential students in a welcome packet when you check in to the dorms.
• Residential students receive a campus mailbox, located in the hallway adjacent to the Campus Store. Remember your mailbox key to check your mail.
• Please be sure to return your mailbox key at the end of the academic year (May) or if you leave SUNY Canton as a student before the end of the academic year.
• Questions may be directed to Stephen Murray at the Package Window outside of the Campus Store, 1^st floor Miller.

Letter Mail

Students will receive all letter mail in their assigned mailbox. Letter mail includes bills, invoices, personal correspondence, small parcels, newsletters, magazines, and advertisements.

Packages

All packages will be processed and an email will be sent to the recipient when it is ready to be picked up. Only the student whose name appears in the delivery address may pick up the package. Students must show proper identification (SUNY Canton ID) before the package will be released. The package window is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
