Yoga Express

About the event
What to expect: A 30-minute yoga session. Includes fast and slow movements, a brief meditation/rest period and music. Includes standing and floor movements.
What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Bring water. A limited number of yoga mats will be available to borrow. You are welcome to bring your own. It is recommended to arrive about 5-10 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable on your mat before class begins.
Who is it for: Beginners+. Open to students, faculty and staff. This is a medium to fast-paced class with periods of rest.
Instructor: Farren offers a combination of trauma-informed Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga and mindfulness. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has completed additional training in trauma-informed yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness and teaching size-inclusive classes. She is a YFI Certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher (2023) and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. (2016).
