Here’s everything you need to know about voting on Election Day:
1. Important Dates & Times
- Election Day: Tuesday, November 5, 2025
- Polls Open: 6:00 AM
- Polls Close: 9:00 PM

5. Need a Ride?
- Free Shuttle Service: We’re providing free shuttle rides to local polling stations! More information here: https://canton.presence.io/event/election-day-van-shuttle
4. What to Bring?
- (1) A current and valid photo identification with the voter’s name and picture
(The voter’s address need not match registration address as voter may not have yet updated this document. As long as it has not expired and you can visually determine from the photo that the voter in front of you is the same individual.)
Examples include, but are not limited to: passport, driver’s license, non-driver’s ID card, student identification cards, pistol or firearm permit, pilot’s license, military identification, government identification
OR
- (2) A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or government document that shows the name and current address of the voter.
