Summer, Fall, and Winter Graduates

Final honors for August 2025, December 2025, and January 2026 graduates will be listed in the Commencement program.

Paper diplomas will be mailed to graduates in each group approximately 6-8 weeks after certification. They will also receive an email with access to an electronic diploma.

May Potential Graduates

Tentative honors (Spring 2026 coursework not included) for May 2026 potential graduates will be listed in the Commencement program.

Final honors (based on final cumulative GPA) for May 2026 potential graduates will be noted on the diploma and transcript.

Diplomas

When final grades have been received, the Registrar, in consultation with the Academic Deans, will certify eligible graduates in accordance with the policies, rules, and regulations of the SUNY Board of Trustees.

Please clear all financial holds that you may have. A diploma cannot be issued unless all financial obligations are satisfied.
