Guest Tickets

Due to building occupancy regulations and to ensure the safety of our guests, tickets are required for all guests (including children) entering the CARC/Roos House to attend the Commencement ceremony. Each graduate, who submitted the Application for Graduation by the appropriate deadline AND indicated that they will be attending the Commencement ceremony, will receive FIVE (5) guest tickets due to capacity restrictions. Guest tickets will not be mailed and must be picked up in person. Please have your ID available when picking up tickets.

Guest Ticket Pick Up

MacArthur Hall, Room 616: Monday, April 20, 2026, through Friday, May 1, 2026 – from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. M-F.

Commuter & Online Student Ticket Pick Up

If a graduate cannot pick up their tickets on campus before the semester ends, there are these additional options:

• MacArthur Hall, Room 616: Monday, May 4, 2026, through Thursday, May 7, 2026 – from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Commencement Rehearsal (CARC/Roos House, Field House): Friday, May 8, 2026 – 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Rehearsal begins at 1:00 p.m.)
• Commencement Day – Will Call Table (CARC/Roos House, Lobby): Saturday, May 9, 2026 – 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

If someone other than the graduate will be picking up tickets on the graduate's behalf, they must fill out the Alternate Ticket Pick Up Person Form by Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 3 p.m.

Extra Ticket Requests and Pick-Up

Extra ticket availability is dependent on the number of graduates attending the Commencement ceremony. There is no guarantee that there will be any extra tickets, nor is there a guarantee that requests will be fulfilled.

If there is a potential for extra tickets and for a chance to be entered into a raffle to receive extra tickets, please fill out the Extra Ticket Request Form by Friday, May 1, 2026. Announcements regarding extra tickets will be made on Monday, May 4, 2026. Graduates will be notified by email of the number of extra tickets they have been awarded. The pickup methods are the same as those listed above for Commuter and Online Student Ticket Pick Up.
