The Communications Committee will make every effort to fulfill requests but provides no guarantee that events will be posted and reserves the right to limit or exclude submissions on a priority basis.

By submitting this form you are agreeing to the Digital Signage Guidelines and understand the following:

• This form should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event.
• Any changes must be directed to the Special Events Coordinator.
