SUNY Canton Hosts In-Person and Virtual Open Houses this Fall
SUNY Canton will offer several opportunities for prospective students and families to learn about the college this fall.
- Traditional in-person Open Houses will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 9. These comprehensive events offer guests the opportunity to speak with faculty and learn about academic programs, including the recently launched Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Analytics degree. Campus tours will be led by current students, and a complimentary lunch will be provided.
- An on-campus Saturday Visit Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec 7. This condensed event is designed for those who want to learn about application steps and student life. Tours led by current students will be available.
- A live virtual Open House will be held at 9 a.m. (EST) Saturday, Dec. 14. Attendees can log on from anywhere and meet and hear from SUNY Canton’s president and provost, as well as the college’s deans and faculty.
“We want to make it as convenient as possible for families to learn about us, so we are offering more options to fit us into their busy schedules,” said Executive Director of Enrollment Melissa J. Evans. “We’re excited to show why we’ve been ranked among the top 10 public and private schools in our region by U.S. News & World Report for the second year in a row.”
