The process of organizing and planning how to divide your time while attending college can be a daunting task. If you want to make the most of your time to experience and learn as much as you can, time management will be key.
Evaluating
First, spend a couple of minutes thinking about how you use your time. Do you wake up having a plan for the day? Do you plan every day out? Thinking about Course Load
In your courses, you may be required to do assignments, quizzes, discussions, and more. Check out our Time vs. Money Video to learn about how much time you should be spending working on your courses. If you are taking a full course load (12 credits or more), the amount of work should be equivalent to holding a full-time job. How will you keep track of the things you need to get done?
Planning
Planning out your week will help keep you on track and in control of your time. Procrastination
Although it may seem like you’re using your time wisely, taking a step back and evaluating can show you that you have more time than you think.
