SUNY Canton offers 30 bachelor's degrees, 20 associate degrees, and 3 certificate programs. As the online leader in SUNY, the College offers 23 fully online degrees and two fully online Winterterm and Summer Sessions.

The North Country campus sits on 555 acres adjacent to the Grasse River and within walking distance of downtown Canton via a series of footbridges. Enjoy the fresh air while studying or participate in leisure activities like biking, walking trails or kayaking. There's something for everyone!
Student-athletes and students who want to stay fit are invited to use the Collegeʼs premiere Convocation, Athletic and Recreation Center, nicknamed Roos House.
The facility includes:

- A state-of-the-art fitness center
- A four-lane pool
- Locker rooms for all sports and fitness enthusiasts
The College has intramural programs, club teams and pick-up games in many sports such as flag football, basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, and many more.

Whether you want to compete at a high level, stay in shape, or just have fun, SUNY Canton has something for every incoming student.
SUNY Canton features 15 varsity teams and is a Division III member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and will be joining the SUNY Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) for the 2024-25 season. The Kangaroos also play teams from all over the Northeast, as well as cross-town rivals SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University and St. Lawrence University. The College has a dedicated coaching and athletic staff who are focused on their teamʼs academic and overall well-being as part of the SUNY Canton experience.
UNY Canton eSports is the first college in New York to join the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) and is also a member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC). SUNY Canton competes against over 100 other colleges and universities! The $500,000 state-of-the-art competition space went online last year and has now seen hundreds of matches.
