For the purposes of commencing the application for permanent residency for a SUNY Canton employee, the College may sponsor such an employee after the completion of a one-semester review and the recommendation of the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs to the President. The College maintains the right to withdraw the sponsorship for permanent residency at any time if the performance of the applicant is determined to be unsatisfactory.
