Allocations
Allocations arrived at in consultation with division and department heads are established at the beginning of each fiscal year and subdivided as follows:
- Personal Service – Regular (Budget Office Managed)
- Temporary Service (Budget Office Managed)
- Allocated Supplies and Expenses (Department Account Manager or VP) • Supplies
- Travel
- Contractual Services
- Equipment
- Allocated Recharges (Department Account Manager – Cannot move money up to “C”)
- Storehouse
- Telephone
- Mail/Postage
- Duplicating
- Automotive
