Emergency Repairs
Emergency repairs are issues that have immediate impact to life safety, health, security, preservation of property, or severely impact the academic learning environment. In the event of an injury, fire alarm activation, gas leak or other emergency please directly contact University Police at (315) 386-7777.
During normal business hours, emergency repair requests should be made by contacting the Physical Plant at (315) 386-7222. For issues occurring outside of normal business hours, University Police Department should be contacted at (315) 386-7777.
Non-Emergency Repair
Repairs should be requested by a work order. View the work order request form.
