Enrollment Trends by Major
The following are enrollment trends by major for the fall and spring semesters. This enrollment data includes all enrolled students except for students cross-registered from another institution and those only auditing classes. As students can be enrolled in multiple majors, students are counted only in their primary major.
For students who do not meet the major program pre-requisites, are unsure as to their major, or do not gain admission to a selective program, they are offered the option to enroll as with an undeclared major with a concentration. Concentration enrollment, like enrollment by major, assists in departmental strategic plan for current and future semesters.
SUNY Canton began offering minors beginning with the Winter 2011 semester. As students can have multiple minors, students are counted once in each minor in which they are enrolled.
