On-Campus Housing Options:

Single Rooms

Single rooms are now available to the majority of our students beginning with the 2023-24 academic year, as space allows! These single rooms will be available to current students as well as incoming freshmen and transfer students. Single room preference for new freshmen and transfer students will be based on housing application date — students who apply earlier will be more likely to receive a single room.

Dog Floor

This housing option is designed for students who enjoy sharing their living space with animals. It is not a requirement that a student possesses an animal to live on this floor. Students who have allergies to dogs are strongly discouraged from living on this floor due to the animals that will be living on this floor.

Esports Wing

This is a special interest wing for students interested in esports and gaming. Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd have custom loft beds with large built-in gamer desks. Students living in this area should be aware that the loft beds are accessed using an attached ladder and that there is limited space between the mattress and the ceiling.

Gender Inclusive Housing

Offering a LGBTQIA+ living, learning community produces a space where students can openly create, develop and learn of the supports amongst students and the surrounding community. The goal of diversity and inclusion on a college campus is to optimize the integration of underrepresented students to the institution. The addition of this floor is to affirm student belonging and provide opportunities to empower critical thinking. We are excited to create this safe space to our students in an effort to support our campus community.

Kennedy Hall

This state-of-the-art residence hall offers apartment-style housing and is available for upperclassmen and transfer students only. An extension of the Esports arena is also available to students in this building. This space includes gaming computers and chairs in a common area for improved accessibility to our students in this part of the campus.

Non-Themed Housing

These rooms are in co-ed wings and do not have a centralized theme. These rooms are suited best for students who are not interested in living in theme housing, but are looking for a more traditional-styled college living experience.

Pet Wing

This housing option is designed for students who enjoy sharing their living space with animals. It is not a requirement that a student possesses an animal to live on this floor. Students who have allergies to any kind of animal are strongly discouraged from living in this area due to the various animals that live on these floors. Residents are permitted to bring small, caged pets from home with the prior approval of the Residence Hall Director. We're sorry, but at this time we do not permit birds, spiders or snakes in the pet wing. You will be notified during the summer months if you are approved to live in this housing option. This wing is also designated as Alcohol Free.

The following pdf forms must be filled out in order to have your pet approved. Please note: You need to be approved to live in the pet wing before you fill out the forms below:

Team Roo!

This is a special interest floor for those playing college athletics, intramurals, or those who are simply athletically inclined or enjoy sports. This themed floor is located in Kennedy Hall.
