40.2.0 Campus Crime Reporting and Statistics
SUNY Canton is required to annually report campus crime statistics to the U.S. Department of Education as required by Title 20 of the U.S. Code Section 1092(f). The college's statistics are available on the Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act & Fire Safety Report. The Advisory Committee on Campus Security will provide upon request all campus crime statistics as reported to the U.S. Department of Education. You can obtain a copy of these statistics by contacting the University Police Department at 315-386-7777. You can also access the data on the The U.S. Department of Education website.
