OSHA 10

This course is designed for entry-level workers in construction, demolition, building development and other construction areas. Students who complete the training will receive an official OSHA 10 DOL card.

About the Instructor

Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O’Brien graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Emergency Management. He is a 25-year fire service veteran and currently serves as Chief for the Massena Fire Department as well as the emergency manager for both the Village & Town of Massena. He currently works full-time as the Director of Environmental Health & Safety and Emergency Manager for SUNY Potsdam. Additionally, he is employed by the New York State Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services as a State Fire Instructor, as well as the St. Lawrence County Office of Emergency Services as a County Fire Instructor.
