This micro-credential is designed for anyone interested in working in artificial intelligence (AI)-related fields, requiring AI literacy and good communication skills, including, but not limited to, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia Design, Business, Marketing, and Legal Studies.

You will advance your Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy, understanding of the ethical and legal implications of AI, and communication skills for the global marketplace in the age of AI. First, various readings from a non-technical point of view will enhance your understanding of the history and applications of Artificial Intelligence. Then, you will analyze human-AI interactions through a humanistic lens and apply research skills to delve into the ethical and legal dimensions of Generative AI, including Chatbots’ hallucinations, bias, data privacy, copyright, and more. Finally, practicing various writing techniques will make your writing voice distinctive with or without AI assistants. You will design and produce documents and visuals according to professional parameters.
