Policies & Procedures
Procedure for Semester Requests of Accommodations:
- Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
 - After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
 
- On the lefthand menu, click on “Accommodation” then “Semester Request”.
 - Choose the semester from the dropdown menu.
 - Click “Add New”.
 - You can select “Submit for all Accommodations” or “Review the Renewal”.
 
Procedure to add additional (supplemental) accommodations:
- Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
 - After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
 - On the lefthand menu, click on “Accommodation” then “Supplemental”.
 - Choose “Add New”. Fill out the form to the best of your ability.
 
Procedure for Scheduling Testing Accommodation:
- Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
 - After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
 
- On the lefthand menu, click on “Testing Room”. This will only appear if you have approved testing accommodations and have renewed your semester requests.
 - Click on “New Booking Request” at the bottom of the page.
 - Choose the course and fill out the information.
