Procedure for Semester Requests of Accommodations:

  1. Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
  2. After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
  1. On the lefthand menu, click on “Accommodation” then “Semester Request”.
  2. Choose the semester from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click “Add New”.
  4. You can select “Submit for all Accommodations” or “Review the Renewal”.

Procedure to add additional (supplemental) accommodations:

  1. Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
  2. After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
  3. On the lefthand menu, click on “Accommodation” then “Supplemental”.
  4. Choose “Add New”. Fill out the form to the best of your ability.

Procedure for Scheduling Testing Accommodation:

  1. Go to Accommodate and select “Student.”
  2. After you log in, you will arrive in the “Home” section.
  1. On the lefthand menu, click on “Testing Room”. This will only appear if you have approved testing accommodations and have renewed your semester requests.
  2. Click on “New Booking Request” at the bottom of the page.
  3. Choose the course and fill out the information.
