“Summer offers us the opportunity to plan fun outdoor activities that take advantage of the warmer weather,” said Executive Director of Enrollment Melissa J. Evans. “July is the perfect time for guests to see all that we have to offer."

Visitors can also meet with admissions and financial aid representatives, as well as participate in a question-and-answer session with the president. Complimentary lunch will be provided, followed by a kayak excursion on the Grasse River and outdoor games.

Evans added that the college will cover application fees for any prospective student who meets with an admissions counselor at the event. To learn more or to sign up, visit www.canton.edu or contact the Admissions Office at (800) 388-7123 or admissions@canton.edu.

Those unable to attend July 23 can connect with SUNY Canton at other informational events throughout the summer. The college will hold an in-person Saturday Visit Day Aug. 6 and is hosting virtual extended hours every Tuesday evening, called “Roos Day Tuesdays,” from 4 to 7 p.m. until Aug. 23.
