Chris Scuderi is an adjunct professor and teaches Health Sciences for Coaching. This course is required for an Interscholastic Coaching Microcredential and is required by the New York State Education Department for Interscholastic Coaching Certification.

Chris enters her 27th year as the head athletic trainer for the SUNY Canton athletic department. Chris earned an associate’s degree in science and Math from Nassau Community College and a bachelor’s degree in health education with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Long Island University, C.W. Post campus. In 2007, Scuderi earned her master’s degree from SUNY Potsdam in Information and Communication Technology in Organizational Leadership and Management. Chris is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certification Commission.

Prior to joining SUNY Canton, Chris was an assistant athletic trainer at Clarkson University, and she was also the Golden Knights head women’s soccer and lacrosse coach. Chris has also been an assistant coach with the women’s lacrosse team at SUNY Canton.
