Taking Care Of Yourself

Maintaining your health and wellbeing is a key aspect of academic success. SUNY Canton has many helpful resources designed to support you. Students are encouraged to use campus services to support their physical and mental health.  

  • Counseling Center: Licensed Mental Health Counselors who provide professional counseling services for students with personal, social, and emotional concerns. Students benefit by discussing any concerns that are important to them. Learn more at: Counseling Center. 
  • Davis Health Center: Provides exceptional quality, patient-centered medical care through clinical assistance, diagnostic and therapeutic care. Learn more at: Davis Health Center. 
  • Timely Care: a virtual health and well-being platform for students. The service provides 24/7 access to virtual care at no cost and is offered in addition to the services provided by the Davis Health Center, Counseling Center, and the Office of Wellbeing Programs & Initiatives.
