SUNY Canton Sorority Hosts Spring Blood Drive April 20, 21

SUNY Canton will be trying to top its blood donation goals again at a two-day spring drive.

The college’s Beta Sigma Zeta Sorority, Inc., will be hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 20 and 21 in Dana Hall. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment prior to the dates available by visiting the Red Cross’ website for available times.

During the college’s most recent blood drive, donors stepped up to give 113% of goals with 26 units collected. Those donations had the potential to save 78 lives. The college has held 86 total drives and collected nearly 4,000 units.American Red Cross logo
