45% of all students who begin LPNC 101 will complete the program within 2 academic terms, which is 100% of the usual time frame for the Practical Nurse Program (1 year)

2024: 53% of full-time students taking LPNC 101 for the first time in the given fall semester completed the program within 1.0 years

90% of graduates will express satisfaction with the nursing program.

2024: 100% of graduates indicate they have met program SLOs; 100% rated overall program satisfaction as very satisfied or satisfied

90% of graduates will be employed as a licensed practical nurse within six months of graduation.

2024 graduates: 100% of graduates who are licensed nurses are employed as an LPN
