Using our online form is the fastest way to start! Applying takes about 10 minutes, and you don’t need to be certain you qualify – our staff will confirm your eligibility during the review process.

What Happens After You Apply

• A TRiO staff member reviews your application against our eligibility criteria.
• You’ll be contacted to schedule your first meeting with a TRiO advisor.
• Once you’re accepted, you’re connected to tutoring, academic coaching, financial literacy, and your other TRiO services.

Not a First Year Student?

• You can apply for TRiO at any point in your time at SUNY Canton – this isn’t limited to incoming freshmen.
• Space in TRiO is limited. The sooner you apply, the sooner we can get you connected.
